Amid the Covid-19 lockdown, Marcelo Gaia found success after launching his first collection in December of 2019. Not many small businesses survived COVID, but Gaia managed to stay afloat. Mirror Palais was picked up by multiple celebrity stylists soon after the release of their first collection and sold out almost immediately. Gaia has described his collections as “a nod to vintage silhouettes, updated to fit the stylistic needs of the modern woman.” Ever since its launch, the brand has been on the radar of many from going viral on social media.
